Our History

Sound Communications Group Inc. is created for the purpose of providing voice communications systems users and managers with detailed, easy to read, documentation on various technical and security aspects of their telephone system.

Using a unique suite of proprietary reporting tools, Sound Communications is able to provide the system manager, in hard copy or via the web, with accurate data necessary to professionally manage the communications business asset; properly judge its day-to-day performance; and ensure that it is secure from external intrusion.

Prior to the deployment of Sound's tool set, such information was available only in computer code format and language, suitable solely for the highly technical reader, and generally of no practical use to the administrative individual charged with the management and security of the system.

This created a business environment in which the enterprise was forced to blindly accept risks incumbent in being unable to protect, evaluate, and manage a critical component of their daily operations.

Sound's proprietary system management tools completely eliminate these risks, at an extremely low cost-per-report.

Sound's products are considered unique in the industry and have interested several larger business partners to form relationships with Sound, expanding the company's ability to address broader customer constituencies with no additional cost of sales expense.
