Through a regular series of product reviews, SCG and its partners continually evaluate the functionality of the product and services set as to reliability; performance; value to the customer; and their effectiveness in providing solutions to current business requirements.

SCG periodically interviews members of its customer community to monitor the level of service being provided by its partners.

Service levels that are inconsistent with customer expectations are addressed at each product review, remedial steps are initiated, and customer follow-up occurs to ensure the problem has been rectified.

Service issues of urgent concern are dealt with immediately.

SCG also ensures that the full manufacturer's warranty is passed to the end user, starting with the "In Service Date" as opposed to the date of manufacture or shipping date.
